Customer Service Representative

*** This is NOT a remote position ***

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

We are looking for a customer-oriented, service representative to help process CPAP, BIPAP, and supply orders. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers and referral sources. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

Responsibilities:

• Patient intake
• Document scanning and indexing
• Documentation requests
• Order processing 
• Correspond with doctors offices via email, fax, and phone to obtain needed paperwork
• Insurance verification and prior authorization
• Provide cost estimate for order
• Verify information on account hasn't changed
• Handle customer complaints
• Set-up logs
• Other duties as required

​Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong self-motivation and time-management skills
• Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to customers
• Familiar with Microsoft office, fax machines, email, etc.

Employment is contingent on

• Background investigation (company-wide)
• Drug screen (company-wide)
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence
