Laborer General

EGA Contracting, is Veteran Owned and Operated.

We currently have a laborer positions available. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our commercial construction team.

Must Live within 30 minutes of the Pottstown/ Boyertown area

Experience with:

• Carpentry, Concrete flatwork, Grinding, polishing, coatings, sealing, surface preparation, repairs and caulking a plus

Responsibilities, & Duties:

• Ability to prep concrete surface and install a variety of systems

• Maintain an acceptable work environment at all times

• Maintain tools and equipment

• Loading and unloading of equipment from shop, vehicles and trailers

• Navigate to and from jobs using company provided vehicles when necessary

• Experience with: Carpentry, Conrete flatwork, Grinding, polishing, coating, sealing, surface preparation, and repairs a plus

• Ability to demonstrate safe and efficient working habits

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attendance and punctuality

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take the extra step to improve where needed

• Willing to travel and work all shifts, including weekend work when needed

• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 Lbs.

• Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc.

Starting salary is $20 - 24 per hour depending on experience.

Requirement's:

• Valid Driver’s license - in good standing

• Reliable transportation
