Front Desk Receptionist ( Concierge) 

Escape to Tulum Wellness Spa where nature meets science and wellbeing.

JOB SUMMARY

Tulum Wellness is a practice where conventional and integrative approach for patients’ well-being is accessible.

 

The Front Desk receptionist oversees and coordinates the daily activity of Tulum Wellness Spa, assists with patient registration and accepts payments for all services. This person will also schedule, confirm and verify patient appointments, as well as receive and direct phone calls. This role will also be responsible for light housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists patients with the check in and registration process.

  • Schedules, confirms and verifies patient appointments.

  • Arranges follow-up visits and referral appointments.

  • Maintain the flow and scheduling of daily appointments.

  • Receives and directs phone calls.

  • Assists patients and other visitors.

  • Respond to routine inquiries concerning practice services, hours of operation, etc.

  • The ideal candidate is someone with effective communication skills who is organized, flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

 Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
  • 1+ years experience with EMR systems required
  • 3+  years experience in Med Spa, hospitality or luxury retail.
