Marketing Strategy & Growth Manager

About the Role:
This role is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker with a strong background in legal or professional services marketing. You’ll play a key role in expanding the firm’s presence across new regional markets and driving growth through digital and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
• Lead digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO, Google Ads, and social media.
• Create and manage content for newsletters, social platforms, and print materials.
• Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Coordinate with local publications and vendors for advertising and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute firm events, including the Annual South End Shuffle 5K & Mile Run.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to support firm growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership or strategy role (legal or professional services preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with WordPress.
• Experience with MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms (required).
• Social media marketing experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
• Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe) are a strong plus.
• Strong communication, editing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with event planning is highly desirable.
