Head Spa Concierge / Guest Experience Coordinator

We're looking for a friendly, professional Head Spa Concierge to be the first person guests meet at our botanical head spa.

You'll help clients feel welcome and comfortable while guiding them through our services, from using our AI scalp analysis tools to helping them craft their botanical treatment plate.  Then once the service is complete,  recommend products and make sure any of their concerns are addressed. 

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people relax and feel their best, loves learning about wellness services, and thrives in a calm, supportive environment. Not only do our clients come looking for a relaxing experience, also some deal with chronic hair loss and stress issues that could use requires extra attention with compassion and understanding. 

No prior spa experience required, but is a plus. Cosmetology licensed not required but a plus. English fluency is a must, additional language skills that include Mandarin or Russian is ideal.
