Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification in a K-12 educational setting located in Sebring, FL. This contract role spans the 2025-2026 school year, from July 30th, 2025, through May 27th, 2026, with a commitment of 37.5 to 40 hours per week. The position supports 2-3 school sites, providing services across the K-12 student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with educators and parents to support student progress
- Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress reports
- Managing caseload efficiently across multiple sites to ensure all students receive necessary support
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification (CCC)
- Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workload across multiple locations
- Commitment to supporting students speech and language development in educational environments
