Senior Associate/Associate

A renowned Personal injury defense firm is seeking litigation attorneys with extensive personal injury defense experience, particularly in commercial motor carrier (trucking) defense. Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of cases, from inception through resolution, with minimal supervision.

• Proactively manage and resolve complex legal issues, delivering superior work products.

• Maintain strong client communication and service excellence.

• Represent clients effectively during depositions, hearings, and mediations.

• Travel as required within Texas (70% of work is within 2 hours of DFW).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury defense litigation experience (commercial trucking preferred).

• Proven track record of handling complex defense cases independently.

• Texas Bar admission and current Texas residence.

• Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills.
