Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker - GraveyardJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you'll play a pivotal role in producing and packing products to specification. You'll be responsible for understanding and following recipes and written instructions, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, and operating equipment safely and efficiently. This position requires teamwork and adherence to GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Produce and pack products according to specifications.
• Understand and follow recipes and written instructions.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Identify potential defects in products and report issues.
• Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, packaging, and general labor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a food manufacturing facility.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Skills in general production, inspection, and packing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safe food handling.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in various departments and change roles as needed.

Work Environment

Our facility is a large warehouse with a comfortable temperature, not too cold or hot, and a pleasant fruity smell due to the gummies being produced. It may be loud in certain areas, but overall, it is a very clean environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Cruz, California.

Shift:10pm-630am (M-F) + Sat/Over Time

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
