Work Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience, with preference for home health settings. Home care visits and mileage tracking expected
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance—able to drive to patient homes. Mileage reimbursement generally provided.
Education:
DPT or CAPTE-accredited PT degree.
License:
Active MN PT license
Certifications:
BLS/CPR certification
