Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 4.5-day workweek (Monday"Friday, 8AM"5PM); flexible options available

• No weekends or major holidays

• Patient Load: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour

• Call: Very light, phone-only

• Focus: Adult patients " chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive services
