Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Had a stroke last week. Bad vision. Has dementia, can walk and use restroom on his own, but is a fall risk due to bad vision. Could need nights and weekends on occasion. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
