• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

• Understand and demonstrate vehicle features, options, and benefits.

• Assist customers with vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences.

• Conduct test drives and follow up with customers throughout the sales process.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, financing options, and manufacturer incentives.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.

• Maintain a clean and professional showroom and work environment.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
