Job Title: Warehouse Distribution Center Associate
Location: Chicopee, MA
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM-2:00 AM
Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour
Type: Full Time
Job Summary:
We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support operations at a busy distribution center. Ideal candidates will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Both 1st and 2nd shift positions are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or other equipment
- Label, scan, and sort packages accurately
- Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required
