- Regular on-site presence is required.
- In-Office schedule: Tuesday-Thursday; additional in-office days are flexible based on role and business needs
Salary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.

We’re seeking an experienced Client Services Team Manager to lead and grow a dynamic group of relocation consultants and specialists. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in global relocation, including at least 3 years of team management responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing relocation services team using a strengths-based approach.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and fun environment that supports individual growth and team success.
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client engagements and mobility program activities.
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal partners to enable seamless program execution.
Drive successful onboarding and implementation of new client programs and service enhancements.
Identify and lead opportunities to streamline processes and improve team performance.
5+ years of experience in customer service related field, global relocation preferred but not required
At least 3 years in a role that included direct people leadership or team management.
Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with relocation software platforms a plus
This role offers a salary range of $84,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:
