Inventory Specialist Job Description
PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading logistics repair and communication company with a warehouse in Jasper, TX. We are currently hiring an Experienced Inventory Specialist with proven cycle counting skills and strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience.

We are seeking reliable, detail-driven team players who can lift up to 50 lbs and are ready to play a key role in keeping inventory operations running smoothly.

Pay rate is $17.56 per hour.

Inventory Specialist Job Summary

·        1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday

·        Perform accurate daily cycle counts and maintain up-to-date physical inventory records

·        Receive, unload, and scan units using RF scanners; ensure correct stock rotation

·        Verify inventory data, unit IDs, and maintain tracking accuracy

·        Pick, pack, and prep items for shipment with high attention to detail

·        Follow all site and safety protocols

Inventory Specialist Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on inventory/cycle count experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Able to lift up to 50#
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attendance record is a must
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, RF Scanners, and WMS platforms
