We're Hiring: Senior Preconstruction Manager / Estimator – Commercial Construction

| Full-Time | ️ Experience with General Contractors Required

A respected and growing commercial General Contractor is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to join their team and play a key role in driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full preconstruction/estimating process

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to develop budgets and proposals

• Manage bid packages, solicit subcontractors, and evaluate scope coverage

• Perform takeoffs, pricing, and value engineering

• Support project pursuits and strategy with business development teams

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 7 years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a General Contractor

• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and costs

• Skilled in takeoffs, scopes, and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, Sage, etc.)

• Excellent communicator, organized, and deadline-driven
