Family Practice Locums - Kentucky - No Call Required
Highlights
- Locums assignment with an immediate need.
- Credentialing in just 7 days.
- Malpractice insurance included.
Practice Setting
- Outpatient medical setting.
- Adult patients only (18+).
- Volume of 12-16 patients per day.
Schedule
- Monday 9:00am-6:30pm
- Tuesday 9:00am-3:00pm
- Wednesday 9:00am-5:30pm
- Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm
Procedures and Cases
- Provides episodic, preventive, and acute health care.
- Medication dispensary experience preferred.
Requirements
- Board Certified.
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications.
- Kentucky State Licensure required.
- 36 months of experience.
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing in 7 days.
