Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic Agent Support team. This role acts as the first point of contact for licensed agents selling our insurance products and services—internally and externally. You will serve as a liaison and advocate for agents, providing responsive, knowledgeable, and solution-focused support to ensure a seamless experience throughout the sales and service lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial service contact for appointed agents and provide outstanding end-to-end support.
Respond to inquiries related to enrollment, billing, benefits, and underwriting with clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or insurance industry preferred.
Strong understanding of health insurance products, billing processes, and enrollment procedures is a plus.
