Companion Care Needed

About the care needs: I need help maybe 3 to5 days a week. For common household duties. I have a bad knee. Very painful. I need help with doctor appts transportation, pick up mail, take out garbage, some housework. Things like that. I am not very mobile but can walk with cane but painful. Cant see anyone for a month. Doctors scarce. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
