What You Will Get To Do:

• Design stamping tools, fixtures press equipment, and machining layouts for the tool room using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Supporting continuous improvement and process improvements
• Project management skills
• Responsible for quoting new tools and projects
• Provide error-free designs that are manufacturable, accurate, and meet project scope
• Participate in tooling design reviews
• Create BOM's and routings in Oracle
• Follow established design guidelines and standards
• Following the tools through there lifecycle including controlling revisions, ordering backup punches, die steels and components
• Provide technical support to tool room personnel and improvements to manufacturing
• Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time

What You Will Bring:

• Work Experience: 5 years of die design experience in a metal stamping environment
• Education: Associate's Degree in Mechanical Design/Drafting or related field
• Certifications: Journeyman Tool & Die Maker
• Computer Skills: Prior experience working with MS Office Suite and ERP systems, Oracle a plus
