Data Engineer

ComResource is looking for a Data Engineer.

We need someone to assist in enabling AI initiatives by developing, integrating, and optimizing data pipelines and solutions to support AI models and analytics workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to support AI model development.
• Integrate data from Epic, Workday, and other SaaS or corporate systems.
• Write and maintain complex queries to extract and transform data efficiently.
• Collaborate with analysts and AI teams to ensure data availability, quality, and scalability.
• Support model deployment with production-ready datasets and structures.
• Evaluate data processes and recommend improvements for performance and scalability.

Essentials:

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to design and implement scalable data solutions.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Desired:

• Exposure to Epic and/or Workday data systems.
• Experience supporting AI or machine learning model deployments.
• Prior healthcare or SaaS data engineering experience.
