Job Title: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Job Summary:


CHHA supports clients with personal care, companionship, and household tasks while adhering to healthcare standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing).
  
  
• Help with mobility support and transfers.
  
  
• Provide medication reminders
  
  
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, meal preparation, cleaning).
  
  
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
  
  
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to supervisors.
  
  
• Ensure a safe living environment and follow infection control protocols.
• 
  
• Accompany to MD Appts.

Qualifications:

• CHHA certification (state-approved training program).
  
  
• CPR & First Aid certification (preferred).
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
