We are looking for passionate individuals to be part of our kitchen team at Taps, we are all about fresh flavors, small shareable plates, expertly crafted classic cocktails, and a curated selection of local beer and wine.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
• Utilize kitchen equipment and tools effectively, including knives and other cooking utensils.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide support to other kitchen staff as required, fostering a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in meal preparation within the food industry.
• Strong culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
