We're opening a brand-new, vibrant restaurant in the heart of St. Armands Island, and we're building a dynamic front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love working near the beach, we want to meet you!
Positions:
Bartender
Server
Food Runner
We are looking for team players who are willing to cross-train and support each other during service as we grow our team and culture.
✨ What You'll Do:
As a Bartender:
Craft signature cocktails, pour beer & wine, and maintain a clean and organized bar.
Engage guests with warm, friendly service and product knowledge.
Ensure proper alcohol handling and compliance with local laws.
As a Server:
Guide guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm.
Take orders accurately and deliver a smooth, timely dining experience.
Handle POS systems and collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff.
As a Food Runner:
Deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to table.
Communicate effectively with servers and chefs to ensure correct orders.
Assist in clearing and resetting tables to maintain flow during service.
Who You Are:
Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Able to stay cool under pressure and handle a high-volume environment.
Open to learning and growing in a new restaurant setting.
✅ Requirements:
Previous hospitality experience preferred, but a great attitude is required.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (21+ for bartenders).
