Case Manager RN opportunity – ASAP start

• Schedule: 4x10 Day shifts
• Contract: 8 weeks
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Floating required across all units (including nearby campuses within 2 miles)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Acute care experience required
• Discharge planning / care coordination experience required
• Strong preference for diverse CM background (Med Surg, LLOS, ED)
• Active RN license (pending license accepted)
• BLS required
