Retail Associate Manager for ACE Hardware

Associate Manager for our Hardware Department will be responsible for maintaining a positive atmosphere, that's well merchandised, neat as well as clean. Will have a work history of Management in a Hardware Retail Environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have hardware knowledge

* Assisting store GM

* Leadership ability

* Help with unloading trucks while making sure all inventory is properly put away

* Make sure all customers are greeted, and their project questions/needs are met.

* Organizing, maintaining and merchandising various isles to ensure proper visualization standards.

* Assisting office with inventory reporting and counts.

* Monitoring and approving returns.

* Key holder opening and or closing the store

* Coordinate lunches and breaks for other floor personnel.

* Learn the POS system in order to back up Cashier in busy times

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Two days off a week

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
