Who We Are:
DSeeHappy LLC, doing business as Near Me Car Care, is an independent repair shop located in Denver. We focus on alignments, suspension, maintenance, and full drivetrain work including transmissions and engines. We service all makes and models and are building a reliable, high-performing team that values accountability and clear results.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a Service Writer who takes ownership of the front office and thrives in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-focused, and understands the importance of communication and follow-through. You’ll play a critical role in keeping vehicles moving through the shop efficiently — from initial drop-off to final delivery — and ensuring customers stay informed every step of the way.

We’ll provide training on Shopmonkey, but we’re looking for someone with the drive to take initiative and deliver consistent, quality work without needing to be micromanaged.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full customer experience, from intake to final delivery

• Create accurate estimates and secure timely approvals

• Stay ahead of delays by monitoring parts availability and customer responses

• Coordinate technician workflow to keep jobs moving efficiently

• Communicate recommended services clearly, based on safety and long-term value

• Maintain consistent updates between the shop and the customer

• Keep track of open jobs and ensure every ticket is resolved on time

What You Bring:

• Proven ability to generate sales and close service recommendations

• Experience in a service advisor, sales, or customer-facing role (automotive preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and stay focused on goals

• Spanish/English bilingual is a strong plus

• Familiarity with vehicle systems or willingness to learn quickly

Pay & Perks:

• $19/hr base + uncapped commission tied to performance

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM – 5 PM (No weekends)
