Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the smooth operation of our fast-paced warehouse facility. This bilingual role (English/Spanish) is focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing conveyor systems, forklifts, dock equipment, and warehouse machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and a proactive approach to minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on conveyor systems, forklifts, dock doors, pallet jacks, and other industrial equipment

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with machinery

• Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and compressed air

• Assist in the installation, relocation, and setup of equipment and production lines

• Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, parts inventory, and service logs

• Ensure all maintenance work is performed to OSHA safety and compliance standards

• Respond rapidly to equipment failures or urgent maintenance requests

• Communicate with supervisors, vendors, and team members in both English and Spanish

• Support warehouse production by ensuring maximum equipment uptime

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment

• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

• Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, welding, and diagnostic equipment

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and in hot/cold conditions
