DUTIES:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), Provide advice & support to the Residents and their families
\n - \n
Monitoring Residents and administering medication and treatments
\n - \n
Documents Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records
\n - \n
Protects Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols
\n - \n
Resolves Resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
\n - \n
Assures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care
\n - \n
Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential
\n
REQUIREMENTS:

Should work well in a team environment
\n - \n
Current State Registered Nurse RN License
\n - \n
Long-Term Care experience preferred
\n - \n
Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office
\n - \n
Excellent communication skills
\n - \n
Should be friendly and a strong team worker
\n

\nWarren Center is an eighty-bed skilled nursing facility located at 42 Gurney Lane. Our facility provides a wide spectrum of nursing care to the residents of Warren County. We provide short-term rehabilitation services to people who cannot immediately return to their homes because of an accident or illness. We also provide long-term care for individuals who are unable to care for themselves. We look at each person from an individual perspective. We then utilize a team approach working with the residents and their families to develop a unique plan of care to meet their needs. Warren Center is a proud member of the Centers Health Care consortium.
