As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, answering questions, directing calls, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
✅ Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries or direct calls appropriately
✅ Manage pick-up and walk-in orders
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby
✅ Support team with light administrative or coordination tasks
✅ Help ensure an efficient and welcoming customer experience
