Job Title: Bilingual Onsite Warehouse Supervisor (Not Remote)
Location: Easton, PA
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM – Must be flexible. Schedule is subject to change depending on client needs. Must be able to travel short distances to support other clients in the area.
2nd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM – Must be flexible. Schedule is subject to change depending on client needs. Must be able to travel short distances to support other clients in the area.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Onsite Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of temporary staff at a client warehouse facility. This role acts as the primary liaison between the client and J&T, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong workforce performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership, and is focused on client satisfaction and workforce productivity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage the growth and maturity of an onsite staffing account
- Supervise Onsite Leads and temporary workforce assigned to the client warehouse
- Ensure 100% compliance and fulfillment of client job orders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client supervisors and management
- Guarantee high levels of client satisfaction through quality oversight of temporary workers’ performance
- Collaborate with Staffing Supervisors to recruit, onboard, and train warehouse associates
- Work closely with the next level manager to implement work procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll and invoicing processes
- Generate and deliver client reports as requested by upper management
- Proactively suggest value-added services to support client retention and operational efficiency
- Provide support during client peak periods and cover staffing gaps as needed
- Work extended hours as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or onsite staffing supervision preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management systems is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
