Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor robotic welding machines to ensure accurate and consistent welds.
- Perform light assembly work, ensuring all components meet automotive industry specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks on welded and assembled parts to meet safety and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with basic maintenance.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment to meet deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or welding preferred.
- Basic knowledge of robotic welding systems and assembly processes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the automotive manufacturing industry.
PAY IS $15-$15.50 PER HOUR
