Warehouse Coordinator / Delivery Driver

We are a Growing San Diego based Door & Security Hardware supplier/Installer looking for a Warehouse Coordinator/ Delivery Driver with a career minded, energetic personality to join our team.

This is a full time position with regular hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm with occasional OT before or after on long delivery days. Benefits include health, dental, long & short term disability and 401K.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, Pack and ship daily orders via UPS
• Willing to drive up to 300 miles in a day
• Receive in bound POs from all vendors
• Process customer returns
• Enter and monitor Factory claims
• Maintain warehouse locations and organization
• Stage pending orders and track status in project management software
• Communicate clearly with other team members via phone and email
• Maintain the Pickup / Delivery status board and coordinate deliveries with customers
• Proficient with hand tools

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn about our company and our products in a short amount of time
• Able to work independently, be organized, pay attention to detail and have good time management skills
• Customer service skills and/or a professional, friendly and positive attitude
• Productive and supportive part of the team
• Clean driving record
• Must be willing to be screened through CORI (California Offender Record Information)
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Must be able to lift-up to 75 lbs. regularly and be able to maneuver both Hollow Metal and Wood doors with door dolly or a partner
• Fork Lift Certified a Plus
