Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative who is also open to being trained in inside sales, including quoting and estimating freight shipping costs. This position plays a critical role in supporting customers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth logistics and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate quotes and shipping estimates to new and existing clients

• Onboard new clients, offering clear guidance on the freight shipping, receiving, and delivery process

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers with shipping-related questions or concerns

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to review and route shipments effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (freight forwarding experience preferred)

• Prior experience in sales is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• High attention to detail and follow-through

Work Environment:
Office and warehouse setting. This position requires the ability to collaborate closely with both administrative and operational teams.
