Position Summary:
• A leading manufacturer and distributor of off-road vehicle parts and accessories is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing dayto-day sales operations, developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for the off-road industry

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing dayto-day sales operations, developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for the off-road industry
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all accounts.
- Proven 2-3 year experience as a sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or off-road industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Skills/Qualities:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Pay: 70k-100k Depending on experience
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 Per Year
