SITECH SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a SITECH Sales Operations Coordinator in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The SITECH Sales Operations Coordinator is the liaison between our vendors and field sales team members and our operations team. The individual in this roles ensures sales deals are accurate prior to being sent over to be picked and prepared for delivery; coordinates, orders, and delivers subscription and renewals-based products for the team; and maintains accurate pricing and attributes for all products in portfolio. Seeking candidates with Previous Sales operations support, procurement or project management experience; Experience with Salesforce a plus; College degree a plus.

Requirements for the SITECH Sales Operations Coordinator position include:

• Self-starter able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to network successfully with other departments, and external vendors/suppliers.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and possess excellent customer skills.
• Strong PC skills required.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once and adjust to changing priorities.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed to meet job and customer demand.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally within territory.

Physical requirements must be met for the SITECH Sales Operations Coordinator job, including the ability sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Able to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 10 pounds in weight. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. Starting Compensation Range: $26.08 - $32.22 per hour

Actual base pay may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, and other business needs. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include participation in performance-based incentive programs, such as discretionary or non-discretionary plans.
