Facilities Group Manager

As a Group Manager, you strive to lead both your team and your profits. You have extensive experience both out on the field as well as handling the "business" side of geotechnical engineering. Engineers, technicians, and project managers look to you for mentoring both technically and in building client relationships. You know how to set the bar high and not only achieve that goal yourself - but bring others along with you. • Requires a commitment to lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers
• Oversee and manage all Building Envelope, Structural Systems, Due Diligence and/or Building and Code Compliance operations
• Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews, prepare proposals, and manage departments and group-related P&L
• Assist other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
• Leading marketing and business development functions in this market sector
• Interact with senior staff members and mentor junior staff members
• Overseeing quality control, report review, and management of projects related to building facilities
• Assist with recruiting and maintaining an adequate staff level in your group

• BS or MS in Engineering from an ABET accredited program preferred

• 8+ years of relevant facilities consulting experience
