As a key member of our service department, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping to create a smooth and positive experience from the very first interaction.

As a Service BDC Representative, you’ll communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to schedule service appointments, confirm bookings, follow up on missed appointments, and answer service-related inquiries. You’ll work closely with our service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and excellent communication throughout the customer’s service journey. Responsibilities – Service BDC Representative:

  • Inbound Lead Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and online appointment requests from service customers.
  • Outbound Follow-Up: Reach out to past service customers, missed appointments, and declined services to reschedule or check in.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments and confirmations with the service advisor team.
  • CRM Updating: Accurately input and update customer and appointment information in the dealership's service management system.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Deliver warm, professional service that ensures customers feel supported and valued throughout their service experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate closely with service advisors, technicians, and parts staff to ensure a smooth and timely customer experience.

 


Qualifications/Responsibilities – Service BDC Representative:

  • No Experience Required: Entry-level role—comprehensive training provided!
  • Previous BDC or Dealership Experience is a Plus: Especially in a service or customer support setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear, courteous phone and email communication is essential.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Friendly, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach to every interaction.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to handle multiple tasks, follow-ups, and schedule changes efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Positive Attitude: Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-focused environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
