• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
• Pay Range: $19.00/hr
• Duration: Potential to convert to full-time

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service at the counter and answer phones.
• Work with contractors and place orders in the system.
• Problem-solve for out-of-stock items and upsell products.
• Assist the branch manager as needed.
• Lifting Requirements: Up to 50 lbs.
• Regular standing and walking involved during customer interaction and order processing.
• Touch or No Touch: No Touch

Schedule

• Hourly commitment: Monday through Friday
• Shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with potential Saturday shifts from 7 AM to 11 AM, overtime when needed)
• Estimated hours per week: 40 hours

What We’re Looking For

• Required years of experience: 1 year in Customer Service/Inside Sales
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean background preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Building materials or construction knowledge is a plus
• Basic computer skills (training on systems provided)
