Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and inform them of new products or services.
• Document interactions with clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and provide feedback for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to better serve clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in client relations, account management, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on positive client outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and client management systems is a plus.
