Spanish Speaking Service Desk Analyst - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service desk support to Spanish-speaking customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a variety of technical issues related to services and products.
• Guide users through standard procedures and offer solutions to enhance their experience.
• Document detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions in the service desk system.
• Coordinate with other teams to escalate more complex issues when necessary.
• Stay informed of product developments and updates to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential, with a solid command of English preferred.
• Prior experience in a service desk or customer support role is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
• Excellent communication abilities and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with service desk software or CRM systems is a plus.
• A genuine interest in technology and commitment to customer service excellence is required.
