Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Product Knowledge- Stay informed about merchandise in the department, such as brands, fabrics, and sizing, etc. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques.
• Visual Merchandising- Arrange Displays to highlight and enhance the store appearance. Maintain an organized area to properly find sizes in a quick manner. Keep fitting rooms, shelves, and the department clean.
• Sales & Upselling- Utilize basic math and retail math skills to manage transactions and inventory effectively. Promote special events, offers or new merchandise. Meet your sales goals, work towards individual and department sales goals while delivering excellent service.
• Cash Handling & Transactions- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges while handling payments accurately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers.
• Ability to upsell products and promote special offers effectively.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
• Must be at least 18 years old
