As a Senior Writer within Capital Group, you will be a member of the advisor training in Capital ideas Pro marketing team and will help produce creative investment-related content across audio visual media to support advisors. You will collaborate with sales, product and legal in the creation of digital courses for products and advisor practice management and use your knowledge of investing to create storyboards, compelling scripts, headlines and log lines.
I am the right person Capital Group is looking for:
You have a bachelor's degree, with an emphasis on marketing, economics, finance, journalism, or a related field.
You have a foundational knowledge of the investment industry.
You have previous experience in content creation for the audio-visual medium, including creating scripts, storyboards, headlines, and loglines.
You thrive in team settings. You have worked previously with stakeholders to develop audio visual content including overseeing stakeholder review comments, giving direction to interview subjects, and overseeing video editorial comments.
You have demonstrated an interest in being part of a marketing and sales organization, you are eager to learn about our products, marketing strategy and the needs of our audiences, and will use that information to develop and shape your content.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
