Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

Schedule: 1 week on / 2 weeks off (Friday to Friday)

A rural critical access hospital in Washington is seeking a local Nurse Practitioner with inpatient experience to provide rotating coverage. The role includes hospital rounding in the mornings, outpatient clinic in the afternoons, and evening call. The ED is staffed 24/7.

• 1 week on / 2 weeks off (Friday to Friday)

• Daily schedule:

  • 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.

  • Morning inpatient rounding

  • Afternoon outpatient clinic

  • Evening call coverage

• Average Daily Census: 6 patients (includes swing bed care)

• Experience: Prior inpatient experience is required and must be attested

• Licensure: Active Washington NP license required (not open to licensing)

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA required

• Patient Population: All ages infants through geriatrics

• EMR: Epic (preferred experience)

• Local candidates only flights will not be accommodated

• Hotel and mileage covered by the client
