Candidate Requirements
- Master s degree in nursing with specialization in palliative or hospice care
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or PA license in Washington
- DEA registration with prescriptive authority in Washington
- Minimum 2 years of experience in palliative care
- Experience managing chronic pain and serious illness symptoms
- Skilled in advanced care planning and end-of-life discussions
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with EHR systems and palliative care documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Productivity-based compensation model (Fee-for-Service) with uncapped earning potential
- Estimated annual compensation: $138,000 $164,000

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Manage medications to alleviate pain and other symptoms
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Coordinate with social workers, chaplains, and other healthcare professionals
- Facilitate end-of-life care discussions and advanced directives
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to update care plans
