PART TIME RECEPTIONIST

Description of the role:

Welcome to Gay Buick GMC! We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Dickinson, TX. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and representing our company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our products and services
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
