As a Team Member of the Brand and Guest Experience team, the Brand and Guest Experience Coordinator is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Brand and Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for maintaining projects, adhering to realistic timelines, and liaising between departments to ensure smooth execution and adherence to deadlines. This role demands excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks with varying deadlines./p

bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Closely monitor project status, promptly identifying and addressing at-risk projects or events to ensure on-time and on-spec completion.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Maintain comprehensive knowledge of key departments to integrate and communicate precise information effectively.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Collaborate with various departments to obtain necessary direction, information, and approvals for projects.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Serve as the pivotal liaison between the Brand and Guest Experience department and other units, coordinating all executional needs.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Oversee the implementation of projects and adherence to timelines, collaborating with other departments and the creative team for successful execution.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Regularly monitor internal advertising mediums, ensuring that all content displayed is current and reflects the brand accurately.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Manage and scrutinize event details, ensuring consistency with the overarching theme and brand identity.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Provide continuous support and communication to the creative, Brand and Guest Experience teams, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Exhibit proficiency in handling multiple assignments simultaneously, with various types and deadlines.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Exhibit exceptional time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Address special requests, inquiries, and complaints from Guests in a timely and efficient manner.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Manage the procurement of operational supplies, exercising discretionary decision-making.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Identify, develop, and execute effective communication strategies for key contacts, enhancing Guest relations and experiences.br /

pMinimum requirements:br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Must be at least 21 years of age.nbsp;br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Familiarity with the fundamentals of event planning and coordination.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Understanding the importance of Guest experience and service in the Casino industry and integrating this into marketing efforts.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Well-rounded knowledge of all CRCR amenities, along with local businesses and entertainment.nbsp;br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite./p
pPreferred qualifications:br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;Associate or Bachelorrsquo;s degree in marketing or related field.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;1+ year experience in the Casino industry.br /
bull;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;1+ year experience in Marketing./p
