pWoodson, AR M-F 3:30p-10p/Sat 8a-1:30p/p pstrongPrimary Duties and Responsibilities /strong/p ul liProviding quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework. /li liHelp customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion/li liHelp customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community/li liProvide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform/li liObserve the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success.
