Our Mission is to help our customers succeed by providing premier business solutions delivered by engaged employees through teamwork and excellence./p pstrongWe are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys interacting with people to work in our Monroe location./strong /p ul liThe Rental Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers with their parts, service, equipment rental, and training needs./li liCustomers are taken care of in person or over the phone./li liWith Customer Satisfaction always a priority, follow up phone calls are made to our customers to see if they have any questions, concerns, to ensure their rental equipment needs are met./li liThis position is responsible for scheduling timely delivery and pick-up of equipment, preventive maintenance, and the repair of equipment./li liAdministrative requirements include completing the appropriate paperwork timely, logging and inputting data, and reconciling inventory assets./li liThis person needs to professionally represent the company by continuing their industry education, attending required meetings, by coordinating with member companies, departments and fellow employees, through cleanliness and proper attire, and with articulate and effective communication./li liPromote and adhere to strict safety standards; Safety Always the Right Choice./li liPractice Company Values: Teamwork, Customer Focus, Commitment, Respect, Sense of Urgency, Integrity, and Safety./li /ul pstrongQualifications Experience Needed:/strong/p ul liStrong communications skills in person and over the phone./li liThe position requires someone who can work in a fast paced environment at times and be able to multitask./li liDemonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail./li liStrong PC skills are required with experience with Microsoft Office, DBS, construction equipment knowledge, and knowledge of general office equipment./li liHigh school diploma or equivalent necessary, BA/BS preferred./li liValid state driver’s license/li /ul pWe offer a competitive benefits package that includes salary from $29.60 to $39.20 per hour, health benefits, vacation, sick leave, life insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing and company match.
