The Material Handler’s duties will be prioritized and assigned by the Project Manager. The Material Handler installs, removes, and transports furnishings and appliances from the FMO warehouse to the dormitories and lodging facilities, and from the dormitories and lodging facilities to the FMO warehouse. The MH must have the technical and communication skills necessary to carry out the assigned tasks individually and relay task information to the Project Manager./p pstrongReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./strong/p ul liInstalls, removes, and transports furnishings and appliances from the FMO warehouse to the dormitories and lodging facilities, and from the dormitories and lodging facilities to the FMO warehouse./li liAssists the Project Manager in maintaining the EMH inventory control system./li liInspects furnishings and appliances for serviceability and cleanliness upon return to the FMO warehouse./li liRepairs and performs minor maintenance on the Ving Card electronic door lock system./li liRepairs and performs maintenance on commercial washer and dryer equipment./li liOperates and maintains commercial floor care equipment./li liOperates and maintains outdoor power equipment, i.e. (Power washers, Snow blowers, etc.)./li liCarries out or participates in inspections, assessments, and inventory of facility furnishings, appliances, and equipment as required by the contract or TRDI./li liCompletes monthly TRDI safety training modules as well as any site specific or contract required training./li liOperates and inspects company vehicle as required./li liPerforms other duties as assigned by the Project Manager;/li liMust pass and maintain any required security clearance requirements;/li liComply with Drug Free Workplace requirements;/li liStrictly adheres to the OPSEC Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/Plan;/li liOther duties as assigned by Project Manager/li /ul
